Preparation
- Cut the cooked grilled chicken into small pieces.
- Dice the cucumber and chop the dill and parsley.
- Put the chicken, tzatziki sauce, cucumber, dill, and parsley in a large bowl.
- Mix well so everything is coated with the tzatziki.
- Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
- Chill for 15–30 minutes or serve right away.
Notes
Serve on a bed of lettuce, spoon into pita bread, or use as a topping for grain bowls. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days; do not freeze.
