Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt Key for tenderizing the chicken.
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
For Serving (optional)
  • 1 cup Cream For the creamy sauce.
  • 4 servings Rice A side option.
  • 2 cups Fresh vegetables Optional side.
Main Ingredient
  • 2 pounds Chicken pieces Thighs or drumsticks are especially juicy.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, yogurt, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cooking
  1. Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. While the chicken is baking, prepare the creamy white sauce by heating cream in a small saucepan and stirring until warm.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken drizzled with the creamy sauce, alongside rice or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For the best flavor, consider marinating the chicken overnight. Adjust the spice levels and try using an air fryer for quicker cooking. Customize with added vegetables in the marinade, such as bell peppers or zucchini.
