Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped Any color bell pepper can be used
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional sesame seeds for garnish Sprinkle before serving

  • to taste skewers (wooden or metal) If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken cubes with teriyaki sauce. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, onion, and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  2. Optional: Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Serve while hot. Great with steamed rice, salad, or grilled vegetables. For dipping, offer extra teriyaki sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
