Method
 

Cooking
  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, and brown sugar.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir well to coat.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For storage, cool the dish to room temperature before storing in an airtight container. Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Can also add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for variation.
