  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in the sauce mixture and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the coated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with a side of steamed rice or a fresh salad.
  2. For an extra touch, drizzle additional sweet chili sauce or sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.

Notes

Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket. You can marinate the chicken thighs longer for more flavor, but be cautious not to let them sit too long in the marinade. Adjust sweetness or spiciness to taste.
