Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or on high for 240 minutes (4 hours), until chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix with the sauce.
- Serve over cooked rice or in sandwich rolls.
Notes
Add coleslaw on top for crunch. You can also use it in tacos, wraps, or on baked potatoes. Let the chicken cool before storing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. For freezing, use a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 3 months.
