Cooking
- Heat a skillet on medium-high.
- Form ground beef into patties and press them flat in the pan.
- Cook until browned on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
- Make a bed of fresh greens in a bowl.
- Place the cooked patties on the greens.
- Add cheese on top so it melts a little.
- Add sliced pickles and drizzle burger sauce.
- Serve right away while hot.
Notes
Store cooked patties and greens separately for best texture. Reheat patties in a skillet.
