  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker and pour the honey mustard mixture over the top.
