Method
 

Preparation
  1. In the slow cooker, combine lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and chicken broth.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the mixture and ensure they are well coated.
  3. Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the top.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  2. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker with two forks and mix well with the juices.
