Preparation
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion.
Notes
Serve over rice or noodles. Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. To reheat, warm in the microwave or on the stovetop. For a thicker sauce, simmer the leftover sauce on the stove before serving.
