- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries, being careful not to mash them.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or freeze a small dollop on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for about 2-4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, pop the yogurt bites out of the molds and enjoy as a refreshing snack!
Notes
Store your Raspberry Yogurt Bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. They can be served directly from the freezer and make a fantastic snack on their own or alongside other desserts.
