  • 1 cup fresh raspberries Use fresh for best flavor and texture, can substitute with thawed frozen raspberries.
  • 2 cups plain yogurt Greek or regular yogurt can be used.
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional; adjust based on taste preference.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries, being careful not to mash them.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or freeze a small dollop on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for about 2-4 hours or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, pop the yogurt bites out of the molds and enjoy as a refreshing snack!

Notes

Store your Raspberry Yogurt Bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. They can be served directly from the freezer and make a fantastic snack on their own or alongside other desserts.
