  • 1 cup fresh raspberries Use fresh raspberries for best flavor.
  • 2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular) Greek yogurt adds extra creaminess.
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional) Adjust amount to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries, being careful not to mash them.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or freeze a small dollop on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for about 2-4 hours or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, pop the yogurt bites out of the molds and enjoy as a refreshing snack!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Lasts up to a month. Great for summer parties or as a quick snack any time.
