Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
  2. Cut the chicken into even cubes to ensure quick cooking.
Cooking
  1. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.

Notes

Cut the chicken into the same size pieces for even cooking. Use a hot skillet without crowding the pan; cook in batches if needed. You can use chicken thighs for more juiciness, or swap half the mayo for plain Greek yogurt for a lighter sauce.
