  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Can substitute gluten-free if needed
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the flour in a third dish.
  5. Dip each chicken breast in flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  7. Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!
