- Place the flour in a third dish.
- Dip each chicken breast in flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
- Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil.
