  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Use fresh for best flavor.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Fresh breadcrumbs are recommended for better texture.
  • 2 pieces eggs Beaten and seasoned with salt and pepper.
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil or cooking spray For coating the chicken.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the flour in a third dish.
  5. Dip each chicken breast in flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  7. Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!

Parmesan Chicken pairs well with pasta, steamed vegetables, or a side salad. Add a drizzle of lemon juice or fresh herbs for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
