  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as thyme or rosemary) for garnish

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the seasoning mixture.
Baking
  1. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  3. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with your choice of sides.

Notes

Pound thicker parts to even thickness for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer to check for 165°F (75°C). Let the chicken rest 5 minutes before slicing. Pat chicken dry with a paper towel before seasoning for better browning. Store in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the fridge, or freeze for up to 3 months.
