Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons butter For sautéing garlic.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet, seasoning them with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on both sides.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
Cooking
  1. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  2. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness for even cooking. Do not overbake; check the internal temperature, which should reach 165°F (74°C). Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after baking to keep it juicy.
