Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet, seasoning them with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on both sides.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
Cooking
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness for even cooking. Do not overbake; check the internal temperature, which should reach 165°F (74°C). Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after baking to keep it juicy.
