  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut pockets into each chicken breast to create space for the stuffing.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture you just prepared.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  6. Drizzle a little olive oil over the tops and add any remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on top.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

This dish pairs wonderfully with a side salad or some roasted vegetables. For added flavor, drizzle some extra marinara or sprinkle more cheese on top before serving.
