Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut pockets into each chicken breast to create space for the stuffing.
- In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture you just prepared.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the tops and add any remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on top.
Cooking
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
This dish pairs wonderfully with a side salad or some roasted vegetables. For added flavor, drizzle some extra marinara or sprinkle more cheese on top before serving.
