Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add sliced onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
Cooking
  1. Stir in the halved Brussels sprouts, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly caramelized.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
