  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add sliced onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  4. Stir in the halved Brussels sprouts, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a balanced meal, serve with rice or quinoa. A drizzle of lemon juice before serving can enhance the flavors.
