Ingredients
  

For the marinade
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • to taste pepper

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Marinating the chicken overnight will enhance the flavors even more. Use a digital meat thermometer to ensure your chicken is cooked perfectly. Experiment with different citrus juices, like lemon or lime, in the marinade for added flavor.
