- In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Cooking
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
