Ingredients

Chicken and Marinade
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs Bone-in for extra flavor
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar Provides the tangy flavor
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds aromatic flavor
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For frying

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the white wine vinegar, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper together.
  2. Marinate the chicken thighs in the vinegar mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to soak in.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the marinated chicken thighs to the skillet and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  3. Reduce the heat and pour in the remaining marinade.
  4. Cover the skillet and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken hot paired with your favorite sides, like garlic bread or roasted vegetables.

Notes

Letting the chicken marinate for longer will enhance the flavor. For extra crispy skin, consider searing the chicken first. Add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for a complete meal.
