Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the white wine vinegar, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper together.
  2. Marinate the chicken thighs in the vinegar mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the marinated chicken thighs to the skillet and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  3. Reduce the heat and pour in the remaining marinade.
  4. Cover the skillet and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, consider searing the chicken in the skillet first and then finishing the cooking process with the marinade. You can add vegetables like bell peppers and onions to the skillet for a complete meal in one pan.
