- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the honey and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Serve warm over cooked rice or quinoa, if desired.
Notes
Cool to room temperature before storing in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Freezing is not ideal due to texture changes but can be done for up to 1 month. Thaw in the fridge before reheating.
