  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined Use fresh or fully thawed shrimp for even cooking.
  • 2 cups broccoli florets Cut into similar-size pieces for even cooking.
  • 3 tbsp honey Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • 2 tbsp butter Melt over medium heat.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Cook briefly to avoid burning.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste Add as needed for seasoning.
  • Optional: cooked rice or quinoa for serving Serve warm to soak up the sauce.

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the honey and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
  6. Serve warm over cooked rice or quinoa, if desired.

Notes

Cool to room temperature before storing in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Freezing is not ideal due to texture changes but can be done for up to 1 month. Thaw in the fridge before reheating.
