  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir in honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and coat them evenly with the honey butter glaze.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour any remaining glaze over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice golden color.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Serve the chicken warm with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables. Spoon extra glaze from the pan over the chicken and sides for more flavor. Cool to room temperature before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven. Can freeze cooked pieces for up to 2 months.
