  • 1 lime, juiced Add more lime for tanginess as desired.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped Can substitute with mint for a different taste.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine diced peaches and chopped cherries.
  2. Add the finely chopped red onion and cilantro.
  3. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
