Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the stuffing mix and chicken broth; let sit for a few minutes until the stuffing is moistened.
- Take a slice of turkey, place a spoonful of stuffing on one end, and roll it up tightly.
- Secure with toothpicks if needed.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and add the roll-ups, cooking until golden brown on all sides.
- Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a simple salad.
- Add gravy or cranberry sauce on the side for more flavor.
- Slice the rolls in half for smaller portions on a party tray.
Notes
Cool to room temperature, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven until warm, or microwave for short bursts. To freeze, place rolls on a tray to freeze solid, then move to a freezer bag for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge before reheating. Use thin turkey slices so they roll easily.
