Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a blender, combine roasted red peppers, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
