- Add the mixed vegetables around the fish, ensuring they are well coated with the olive oil and seasonings.
- Place lemon slices on top of the fish and vegetables.
Baking
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and the vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at a low temperature (around 350°F or 175°C).
