Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the Caesar dressing over the chicken, ensuring it is well covered.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously on top.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Serve hot with a side salad or roasted vegetables.

Notes

Cool the chicken to room temperature before storing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warm, about 10-15 minutes. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge before reheating. Pat the chicken dry before seasoning so the dressing sticks. If the cheese browns too fast, cover loosely with foil partway through baking. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after baking to keep juices inside. Use a meat thermometer to check doneness (165°F / 74°C).
