  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 4 cups Fresh spinach
  • 8 oz Mushrooms Sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For sautéing
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste
  • 2 teaspoons Herbs Thyme or oregano, to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft.
  4. Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. In a large bowl, combine sautéed vegetables with diced chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.
