  • 1 lb tender beef (such as flank steak, sliced) Slice thin against the grain for tenderness.
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas) Use a variety of vegetables for color and texture.
Sauce and Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce Can substitute with gluten-free soy sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking.
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced) Freshly minced for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated) Fresh ginger preferred.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or on a Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Pour in the soy sauce, tossing everything together to coat. Cook for an additional minute.
Serving
  1. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles, and sprinkle with extra pepper or green onion if desired.

Notes

Let the dish cool to room temperature before storing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
