Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Assembly
  1. While the salmon is baking, mix the diced avocado and crumbled feta in a bowl.
  2. Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and top each fillet with the avocado and feta mixture.
