  • 4 pieces chicken thighs Skin-on, bone-in for best flavor.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary), chopped Chopped finely for better distribution.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For a cheesy crust.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground is preferred.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil To help the coating adhere.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped herbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and olive oil to create the coating.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in the garlic Parmesan mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken thighs on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with your favorite sides like steamed vegetables, salad, mashed potatoes, or rice. Spoon any pan juices over the chicken and add a lemon wedge for brightness.

Notes

Pat the chicken dry before coating. For extra crunch, add a little panko to the Parmesan mix. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
