Preparation

- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and bread crumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge the chicken pieces in flour, dip into the egg, then coat with the bread crumbs.
Baking
- Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet and spray lightly with oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drizzle hot honey over the chicken before serving.
Notes
Serve hot from the oven with extra hot honey if desired. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to keep it crispy.
