  • 0.25 cup honey For a sweet glaze.

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, coating well.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized, basting occasionally with the glaze.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs overnight. You can try different seasonings like smoked paprika or herbs de Provence for varied flavors. Adding vegetables to the baking dish can make it a complete meal.
