Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes. It can also be coated in breadcrumbs for added texture.
