Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until well coated.
Cooking
- Lay the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until the shrimp are cooked and golden.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Dry shrimp well before tossing to ensure they crisp better. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if needed. Use a squeeze of lemon to brighten the dish.
