Ingredients
  

For the Stuffed Peppers
  • 12 pieces mini sweet peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese Use full-fat for the best taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 0.25 cup chopped herbs Optional, such as parsley or chives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Optional, for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the mini sweet peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
  4. Stuff each pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket. If desired, drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes or until the peppers are tender and slightly charred.
Serving
  1. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious, healthy appetizer!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes to maintain crispness. For added flavor, you can use herbs or smoked paprika.
