Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chives until well combined.
- Stuff each pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
Cooking
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Arrange the stuffed peppers in the basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and beginning to brown.
Notes
Cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven for a few minutes to warm through. For extra flavor, consider adding cooked bacon bits or shredded cheese to the filling.
