  • 12 pieces Mini bell peppers
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened for easy mixing
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Chives (optional) Can be replaced with parsley or dill
  • spray Olive oil spray For greasing the air fryer basket

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chives until well combined.
  4. Stuff each pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
Cooking
  1. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  2. Arrange the stuffed peppers in the basket in a single layer.
  3. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and beginning to brown.

Notes

Cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven for a few minutes to warm through. For extra flavor, consider adding cooked bacon bits or shredded cheese to the filling.
