  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper Optional for spice

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Toss the chicken tenderloins in the marinade until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the tenderloins in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and crispy on the outside.

  1. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for even cooking.
