  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Ensure they are similar in size for even cooking.
Seasoning Mixture
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Can substitute with avocado or vegetable oil.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the seasoning mixture.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), flipping halfway through.
  3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Serve with fresh salad, steamed vegetables, or rice. This chicken can also be used in wraps or sandwiches. For storage, place leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
