Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it in the egg, and then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
Cooking
  1. Place the breaded chicken in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through.

Notes

Pound thicker breasts to an even thickness to ensure they cook uniformly. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
